The $500 SRAC grant (research and conference presentation) and the $500 ST grant (travel to support professional development) are available through GPSA. Apply at http://gpsa.unm.edu. The summer cycle deadline is JUNE 22nd. Make sure your faculty recommender is aware of the deadline.
Training Workshops
GPSA encourages you to attend one of the two summer workshops that will include training for grant writers and grant readers.
Days, times, and locations are:
Tuesday, June 12th, from 11am-1pm in Zimmerman Library room B30 (in the basement) on Main Campus.
Thursday, June 14th, from 11am-1pm in Health Sciences Med II Building on North Campus. Our training will be in room Med 2.
Workshop topics will include: scoring, scoring guidelines, applicant reader relationship, and the appeals process. Attendance for readers is required.
