Manuscripts

This workshop will prepare the graduate student to format a thesis or dissertation manuscript by understanding the elements of the Front Matter and incorporating the body of the research into an electronic PDF file. Also covered will be instructions for the additional forms and fees which are necessary for the final electronic submission process with the Office of Graduate Studies.
Please note: Pre-registered students are guaranteed a slot. If the workshop is full , walk-in participants will be accommodated as space allows. The workshops are set up in round table style and can accommodate 55 people.

Assistantships

This workshop will provide everything you need to know about being paid as a teaching/research/graduate/project assistant while you are a graduate student, as well as information about scholarship and fellowship opportunities through the Office of Graduate Studies. All participants need to have a TA/RA/GA/Pa for the current term.
